| The Citizen Services Interface is meant to overcome, all the hurdles which a person living in the State of Himachal Pradesh may face, by giving the facility of online complaint launching, availability of the contact numbers of concerned officials and various lists like Fair Price Shops etc and publishing the required procedures, fees and making available all types of forms as downloadable. Now the person has to actually go to the concerned office armed with all relevant forms, supporting documents, fees etc. Now the person have to visits the office for only filing of application and getting the desired service as per the time taken for the same, which is also given. This service will make it possible for a common man to express his views regarding the services provided by the Department.
